Rubber synthetic teak is used as an alternative to PVC with the added advantages of being cooler to walk on in hot weather. The product is affordable and the kits are easy to install while delivering high-quality and impressive results. Foam Synthetic Teak
Foam synthetic teak is an excellent choice of decking material in warm climates because it remains cool and comfortable to walk on and looks great. However it is not as durable as other choices so should be considered for lighter use applications. We would also draw attention that there are many foam decks on the market that bear no resemblence to quality EVA foam that will disentegrate over short periods of time
Composite Cork Decking Strips
Why not transform your boat using composite cork strips. Composite cork is an easy to work with material that can be cut to shape and caulked in the traditional way leaving a 5mm gap at the seams.
Being a significantly natural product, in order to maintain the look of composite cork it is advisable to coat the deck at the end of the season with a teak oil or stainer.

Deckfab’s deck designs are soft to walk on like a carpet, and are manufactured from a solid vinyl reinforced base with a densely packed short fibre surface of nylon strands which are anchored firmly into the base layer. Deckfab’s advanced printing process allows beautiful marine designs to be created on the surface making it a very capable indoor/outdoor product for cockpits.
