Colores

We try and not to complicate synthetic teak decking with many colours that do not look like the real thing. We concentrate on stocking the most realistic colours in various states of weathering of real teak. For example, cockpits of powerboats under tarpaulins tend to choose traditional colour, whereas sailboat cockpits exposed to the elements tend to choose weathered colour. It is wise to remain conservative on the colour choice as it may effect resale values or reduce your chances of selling the boat. We do usually stock white caulking options too. However, we are able to manufacture many different colours with a minimum order quantity for larger scale projects.

Teektrue, is the synthetic decking system manufactured by us that offers significant advantages over rival products in the market.

One of the main benefits of Teektrue is its dovetail underside, which provides superior adhesion and a larger surface area for a mechanical bond. This unique feature sets Teektrue apart from other synthetic decking systems.

In addition to its strong bonding capabilities, Teektrue also boasts a superb multi-graining texture that resembles traditional teak. This makes it the most comparable synthetic teak decking to that of natural teak.

Deckfab guarantee that our original decks will remain beautiful and durable for years to come, with many of our decks being more than a decade old and still looking stunning. Our products are backed by an exceptional 6-year guarantee against material defects, which is further complemented by the additional guarantees for deck panel integrity.

We take pride in using only the best materials and manufacturing techniques. We employ skilled vinyl welders to create joints that are stronger than those created using glue. Our products have an extremely hard-wearing surface that is UV stable, and they can be easily re-sanded should the need ever arise.

Mantenimiento

Synthetic Teak Material

Después de muchos años de instalación de paneles de cubierta de todas las principales marcas de materiales, ahora trabajamos con un sistema de cubierta llamado Teektrue. El sistema de paneles se conoce comúnmente como Deckfab. Este material es 100% PVC Virgen sin aditivos o material de embalaje y se extruye en el Reino Unido. El reverso tiene colas de milano para aumentar el área de superficie para una máxima adherencia a la cubierta. Nuestro sistema de cubiertas es único y produce las cubiertas más resistentes y duraderas. El revestimiento es de grano medio en la fábrica, pero lijamos la cubierta en el acabado final para que el cliente pueda elegir el acabado de textura antes de que el panel se entregue al instalador. La textura tiende a suavizarse con el tiempo y el uso general. Hay una gama de colores con 98% de embarcaciones que optan por colores de teca tradicionales, desgastados o envejecidos por lo que sólo ofrecemos estos colores que son populares porque son los más realistas.
